Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager – DigiTech Loans is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with clients seeking business and personal loans through digital lending platforms. The role involves assessing customer needs, providing tailored loan solutions, ensuring smooth loan processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients for business and personal loans through digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and offer suitable loan products.
- Provide guidance on loan eligibility, terms, and documentation requirements.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets for business and personal loan disbursements.
- Leverage digital tools and online platforms to generate leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
- Explore partnerships with fintech platforms, aggregators, and other digital channels to enhance loan offerings.
Loan Processing & Compliance:
- Ensure end-to-end smooth processing of loan applications via digital lending platforms.
- Verify customer information, documentation, and creditworthiness as per company policies.
- Work closely with credit and risk teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies for digital lending.
Customer Service & Retention:
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries related to loan applications and repayments.
- Educate customers about loan repayment terms, EMI structures, and financial planning.
- Proactively follow up on collections and assist customers in maintaining good credit health.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, banking, or fintech, preferably in loans and digital lending.
- Strong knowledge of business and personal loan products, credit assessment, and financial services.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, CRM software, and financial technology tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fintech or digital banking.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to digital lending.
- Understanding of credit risk and loan underwriting processes.
