Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our team at Digitech Loans. The role involves promoting loan products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, financial knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Acquire Clients – Reach out to potential customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable loan products.
Generate Leads & Close Sales – Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Explain Loan Products – Provide detailed information about loan options, terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
Process Applications – Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission for approval.
Meet Sales Targets – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company.
Maintain Client Relationships – Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure a smooth loan process.
Stay Updated – Keep up with market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience – 1-3 years of sales experience in financial services, banking, or loan agencies.
Sales & Communication Skills – Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Customer Service – Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Target-Oriented – Must be driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic Financial Knowledge – Understanding of loan products and the lending process.
